"I moved in here about a year ago. It has been the most amazing place I have ever lived. I'm a single mom, first time living on my own. They take so much time and detail to everything. The beginning of this week I called with a small issue around 9am, maintenance was in and out and had everything fixed before I got home from work. It's such a safe environment and most of the neighbors look out for each other. It's just a little community. Christmas time It's like driving home every night to your own personalized light show. It's so beautiful. They have get together, and block party's. The ladies in the office are amazingly sweet. This place is definitely Dayton's hidden Gem 💎"

For a one bedroom apartment as close to downtown Dayton as it is, the square footage for the price is unbeatable. You won't find another apartment this spacious for less than $1k.

The buildings have so much character and the grounds are well taken care of. I feel safe walking around the complex and love passing neighbors and other residents with dogs - DAYTONA VILLAGE IS DOG FRIENDLY and even has an office dog (Mischa) who is always ready and willing to greet you when you go in!

Cassie, the property manager, is one of the best property managers of any apartment complex I've ever lived in. She genuinely cares about the health and safety of residents and has no problem addressing/fixing concerns when they're brought to her attention. (Also, she baked all kinds of cookies for the holidays and brought them to my door with a card - seriously one of the sweetest people I've ever met.)

I can't say this enough, I love it at Daytona Village! Highly recommend moving here if you're in the market for a new place to live. "

Michaela was in charge of our leasing and has been very nice and informative!! She’s amazing and has answered every single one of my questions and has always followed up with me. She’s always replies quickly and is super friendly!! If anyone has any information I definitely recommend requesting her!! The other staff are also very wonderful as well and overall I really liked my experience at Daytona!! They have lots of policies in place that keep the place safe and clean!! I really like my unit and would definitely live here a couple more years!!"
