Quick Facts
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-Call Rotation: Required for after-hours emergencies (occasional overtime/weekends)
• Location: Dayton, OH (rare travel to Fairborn/Piqua as needed)
• Pay: Based on experience
• HVAC: Preferred, not required
What You’ll Do
• Complete service requests and general repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)
• Help with apartment turns/make-readies between residents
• Maintain curb appeal and common areas
• Communicate updates clearly with the office team and residents
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable, hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Maintenance experience is a plus (we’ll train the right person)
• HVAC certification preferred but not required
